Dr. Padgett

Dr. Padgett received a Bachelor of Arts from Baruch College City University of New York, (CUNY) majoring in Political Science and Pre-Med. He graduated from medical school at Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine and did his rotating internship at St. Clares Hospital and Health Care and completed his residency in Internal Medicine at the University of Medicine and Dentistry in New Jersey, (UMNDNJ). Dr. Padgett attended Beth Israel Medical Center in New York City where he completed his fellowship in Nephrology and Hypertension. 

Dr. Padgett relocated from New York City to Huntsville Alabama and established an internal medicine practice in 1996.The impact of the aging process on the face and body of his patients in his medical practice inspired him to begin training in the aesthetic field. He currently practices in both medical and non-surgical aesthetic treatments.

Bonnie Foster

Bonnie Foster is a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse with a Bachelor's degree from the University of Alabama in Huntsville. Specializing in operating room care, she has extensive experience working alongside a plastic surgeon, providing expert wound care, and utilizing advanced skincare technologies.

Throughout her career, Bonnie has worked with state-of-the-art machines including the Miradry, CoolSculpting, Sciton Laser, and Broadband Light treatments, all aimed at improving patient outcomes through cutting-edge aesthetic and medical procedures.

Bonnie also holds a Laser Safety Certificate, underscoring her commitment to patient safety and the effective use of technology in the healthcare setting. Her educational foundation in chemistry, physics, and microbiology has been pivotal in shaping her approach to nursing, helping her better understand the complex science behind the medical treatments she administers.

In addition to her clinical expertise, Bonnie has a passion for hands-on projects. In her spare time, she enjoys restoring vintage cars and revitalizing antique homes, including taking on challenging tasks such as plumbing and electrical wiring. Her love for adventure and the outdoors is reflected in her hobbies, where she enjoys hiking with her dog and going off-roading in her Jeep.

Before becoming a nurse, Bonnie worked as a vitamin and mineral specialist during her time in college, which sparked her ongoing interest in health and wellness. She attributes much of her vibrant health and glowing skin to her commitment to a plant-based diet. Bonnie believes that living a healthy, balanced lifestyle is the key to feeling great and looking even better.


Bonnie’s passion for both nursing and hands-on work, along with her continuous pursuit of knowledge, allows her to provide top-tier care for her patients while maintaining a fulfilling personal life.

Merry Mims - As a Master Aesthetician and Laser Technician, I am proud to bring my expertise and dedication to those seeking exceptional care. A veteran of the U.S. military, I am also a Licensed Medical Aesthetician and a graduate of St. John School of Esthetics in Huntsville, AL. I earned my certification as a Laser Technician and in laser safety from Rocky Mountain Laser College in Denver, CO, and I hold multiple other certifications, including Fibroblast and Cold Plasma technology.
